Growning up in South Carolina, food has always been an important part of my upbringing and my experiences from my Grandmother's Pecan Pie at Holiday to being the weird girl eating raw mushroom out of a zip loc at lunch.  My passion for cooking blossomed when I was a senior in high school and took a food and nutrition class.  By the end of the my senior year I was infatuated with cooking, even won the Betty Crocker award during awards day.  I found a passion and love, and something that has become very special to me.  With this, I wanted to share my passion and love of trying new things, sharing my recipes and finding new recipes.
